Certified Nurses Aide Testing with Credential
Step 1
Download and fill out the Georgia Nurse Aide Program Application below.
Step 2
Pick up a money order for the amount listed on the application. Have it made out to Pearson Vue.
Step 3
Bring the application, a copy of your training program certificate, and two forms of identification to our office. One I.D. must be a copy of your Social Security Card, and the other needs to be a photo I.D. In our office, you will schedule a date for your exam with openings in our schedule.
